SPEAKING & FACILITATION PITCHS

Hello! I am super pumped that you would love to get involved with Wildfire. 

Our theme for 2020 is: GROWTH

The forms below are to help us get a better understanding of your magic and how you can contribute to the event. We have three categories of speakers – keynote, speaker and facilitators. I will break these down for you shortly and what we are seeking in each of them. 

THE DETAILS:

Wildfire is a 4 day outdoor business conference, based in the Northern Rivers on a lush Farm Stay (14-17 May 2020). It’s a first of it’s kind, think Woodford Folk Music Festival fused with ProBlogger – we are mixing practical business learning with spiritual and personal development. Where we stretch the imagination, with our world-class experts, thought-provoking keynotes and group activities to engage your creativity, grow, connect & inspire! The event is designed as an immersive experience to foster deep connection, hosting only 200 people.

ALL SPEAKERS WILL BE GIVEN A FREE TICKET to the event, which includes all main meals.

  • Keynotes are for 90min, speaking sessions are 90min and all facilitated workshops will be for 60min.

  • Sessions MUST be practical and hands-on and involve the audience participation.

  • An outline of each session is to be provided prior to event

  • There will be an audience briefing and content discussion prior to the event.

  • All presentations are subject to approval by the organisers

  • Speakers are welcome to use the professional photographs and video footage of the event for publicity

OUR EXPECTATION

  1. Provide full session outline, headshot and bio by January 2020.

  2. Schedule a time to chat through your presentation before you put it together – we will get in touch. 

  3. Share the WildFire event through your channels – we have requirements for each category of speaker. But everyone will be asked to share at least 6 times on social in the lead up to the event. (we will have loads of graphics for you to share)

  4. Attend full event, stay on-site  and connect with the community throughout the festival. 

SUBMISSIONS CLOSE 30th November 2019. 

All potential speakers and facilitators will be notified by Feb 2020.

KEYNOTE 

We are looking for 2 keynote speakers who have been on the speaking/presenting circuit for a while. They have an established business and following that inspires others to create an empire. 

TOPICS: GROWTH – story on how they have created a successful business, the ups and downs. The how to (practical advice) of their niche business. 

SPEAKER

We are looking for speakers who think outside the box in business to set up and scale their business. They are leaders in their field of expertise.

TOPICS WE ARE KEEN TO HAVE: Launch strategy, branding, content creation, copy writing, how to collaborate with Brands/Businesses, working with influencers, marketing, social media, SEO and managing a team. And we are open to hearing ideas that sit with delivering valuable content for those in business.

WORKSHOP FACILITATOR

We are looking for kickass workshop facilitators who are killing it in their field of expertise.

WHAT WE WOULD LOVE TO HAVE: Launch strategy, content creation, copy writing, social media, ecstatic dance, yoga, meditation, sound baths, mindfulness, journaling, swimming, bushwalking and anything you can do outside.

And we are open to hearing any other ideas.
